Income of the Fund will be used as matching funds for worthwhile capital projects in Penticton, Summerland, Naramata, West Bench, Kaleden, Okanagan Falls and the eastside of Skaha Lake, with recipients being required to contribute an equal amount, and in the event that sufficient capital projects are not available, or proposed recipients are unable to raise matching funding, the Income may be granted to qualified donees as the Foundation decides in its discretion
