Starting today, community service organizations from across the South Okanagan Similkameen can submit their applications to the Community Services Recovery Fund. This $400 million investment by the Government of Canada was created to support the adaptation and modernization of community service organizations that are facing the immediate and long-term effects of the pandemic. The application deadline is February 21, 2023.
The Community Foundation of the South Okanagan Similkameen will distribute up to $290,000 from the Fund to organizations in our region. For more information about the Fund, please visit www.communityservicesrecoveryfund.ca.
