For the past 11 years the Community Foundation has been very fortunate to host world class comedians in Penticton for a night full of great food, an amazing live and silent auction, and loads of laughs!
Thanks to significant support from Investors Group and our Friends of the Foundation, all proceeds from this incredible event go to operating the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan.

Three Great Comedians
Ryan Hamilton
Named one of Rolling Stone’s top five comics to watch in 2009, and with standout appearances in 2007 on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham, Ryan Hamilton is perhaps the next big thing.
In 2003 he was a finalist in three national stand-up competitions. In 2005 he won Sierra Mist’s ‘America’s Next Great Comic’ Search, and in 2006, Ryan was a finalist at the Boston Comedy Festival competition and appeared at HBO’s prestigious Las Vegas Comedy Festival.
He’s also a regular on the nationally syndicated Bob and Tom radio show.
Jim Dailakis
Actor/writer/comedian and voiceover artist, Jim Dailakis, based in New York City, has been touring the USAfor the last twelve years headlining in the major comedy clubs including Caroline’s, Standup New York, and Broadway all in New York City. He’s also performed in Las Vegas, The Borgata in Atlantic City, The Cayman Islands and Canada.
He’s headlined across the world including, The Edinburgh Comedy Festival. The Australian International Comedy Festival and begun his “It’s All Greek to Me” comedy tour with Jimmy Santis inMontreal andNew York.
He has worked with the likes of Jerry Seinfeld, Larry the Cable Guy, Kevin Nealon, The Temptations, Aretha Franklin and Weird Al Yankovic.
Greg Hahn
Greg Hahn brings us his absurdly energetic performance involving immediate pandemonium and panic.
His wild stylings have led to television, club, corporate and theatre appearances throughout America and now Canada.
He has appeared on Late Night with Conan Obrien, Comedy Central, Star Search, among others, and is a favourite guest of the syndicated Bob and Tom Radio Show.
